Emma Taylor
Co-FounderA total outdoor enthusiast, Emma has led a life of adventure since she was a teenager summiting Mt Meru at the age of 17 and going on to complete Mt Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, and the Annapurna Circuit well before the age of 30. In 2019 Emma was introduced to the world of adventure racing & captained a team from UAE to compete in the Fiji Eco Challenge. Emma also works for UAE based charity organisation, Gulf for Good, as head of Marketing & Communications combining work with passion, whilst helping children in need.

Hana Habets
Local GuideHana moved from the Netherlands to the UAE more than 5 years ago. She was inspired by her father, who introduced her to hiking as a child in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. She is now exploring her own corners of the world & has visited over 30 countries so far!

Zsolt Siklodi
Chief Web OfficerHe is a keen trekker and at the same time, an ardent supporter of sustainability. A strong believer in the ‘leave no-trace’ policy which he stresses: whatever we take outdoors should be brought back and recycled properly.
Favorite peaks climbed: Jebel Toubkal, Everest Base Camp, Mt. Kazbek.

Ajmal Hasan
Education ManagerAjmal is an avid outdoorsman and self taught nature lover who currently resides in the UAE . He has a passion for photographing and documenting nature and wildlife of the UAE, including those of the slithery kind. In 2019 he succeeded in documenting a year's worth of sunrises with his Canon camera.
He is currently the Education Manager at Mleiha Archaeological Centre, a Sharjah government entity where he oversees the management of several educational programmes.
Marina Bruce
Desert DivaMarina Bruce AKA The Desert Diva is a professional off-road guide, adventurer and accredited Abu Dhabi Tour Guide. Since arriving in the UAE in 2009, she has become OutdoorUAE magazine's off-road expert and has built up a wealth of overlanding experience in the deserts of the UAE and Oman, exploring all accessible areas in the two countries with her husband and with groups. She has worked as local fixer with TV Crews in Liwa and been involved with the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge as part of the course-setting team and team leader for the off-road drivers for the official TV crew. In winter 2018/2019, Marina led over 100 cars into the desert, collectively covering around 50,000kms with absolutely no damage done to vehicles.
