Join us for an invigorating Fitness Program that takes your fitness to new heights! This isn't just a stroll in the park—it's a dynamic workout designed to challenge your endurance while you navigate scenic trails with a loaded backpack. Feel the burn as you build strength and boost your cardio.

Our fitness & summit hikes are specifically designed to cater to both sporty individuals and those aspiring to conquer high summits. The features a series of hikes, each meticulously categorized by difficulty levels to ensure a challenging yet rewarding experience for everyone. Whether you’re an experienced hiker looking to push your limits or a fitness enthusiast aiming to achieve new heights, our program offers the perfect blend of adventure and physical fitness.

Fitness booster

Program Overview

We divided the hikes into levels, basis the climb, distance and duration, to help choose the right one for you.

LEVEL 1 - Approx. stats: max 500m of elevation gain, 10km of distance and 2-3 hours to complete.

LEVEL 2 - Approx. stats: max 800m of elevation gain, 15km of distance and 3-4 hours to complete.

LEVEL 3 - Approx. stats: max 1400m of elevation gain, 20km of distance and 5-6 hours to complete.

LEVEL 4 - Approx. stats: max 1300m of elevation gain, 20km of distance and 5-6 hours to complete, and overnight camping, all carried in your backpack.

Backpack: It is suggested to carry a hiking backpack loaded with 7-10kg of weight (on top of your water supply) to boost fitness training and get you used to summit expeditions. 

The Guide

Lulua - Certified guide and wilderness first aider, Lulua is a dedicated triathlete with multiple Olympic-distance races, Oceanman events, and half Ironman challenges under her belt. Alongside her triathlon achievements, she has over 10 years of mountaineering experience and is passionate about technical mountain expeditions. Her notable climbs include Kilimanjaro, Mount Kenya, Mont Blanc, and Elbrus, as well as lesser-traveled peaks in the Indian Himalayas like Deo Dibba, Mentok Kangri, and Auden’s Col. For the past 2 years, she has been leading expeditions in the Indian Himalayas, guiding groups from beginner to advanced levels. She thrives on taking people outdoors and challenging them to push their mental and physical limits.
